About the Company
Salty, sharp, and a little bit silly — on purpose.
We started in a back room above a deli with two folding chairs and one very loud opinion about what theater could be.
Pickles and Cheese Productions creates new theatrical work that is unmistakably contemporary, deeply human, and (we hope) a little weird in the best way. Every show we make starts with a question we can't stop asking and a flavor we want to chase — tart, savory, sharp, comforting, sometimes all at once.
We’re an ensemble of writers, actors, directors, and designers who believe a great production is like a great deli plate: a few honest ingredients, beautifully arranged, served with confidence.
